Practices

Monday, Wednesday, Friday

Practices will meet multiple times a week. Practice times for the fall semester will be 6-8am MWF. We meet at the Lindseth Climbing Center in Bartels Hall. Reminders will be sent out via Slack.

During morning practices, we do a warmup, climbing drills, projecting, a workout, and stretching. We do both ropes and boulders and we work on endurance, technique, power, mobility, competition strategy, and much more.

Everyone is welcome to come to practices, regardless of ability. You do not need to compete to come practice; practices are a great way to make climbing friends, learn new skills, and get a good workout in.

Club Nights

Saturday Nights

Club Nights will be held on Saturday evenings (usually once a month). We meet at the Lindseth Climbing Center in Bartels Hall. Exact time and club night information will be sent out via Slack. Club Nights are much more casual and provide CRCC members the opportunity to meet other climbers in a more social environment.

Whether you're an experienced climber or brand new to the sport, Club Nights are the perfect chance to connect and meet other climbers at the gym. See you there!
