Outdoor
Climbing
CRCC hosts outdoor climbing trips throughout the school year. We host trips every fall and spring break in places such as Red River Gorge, the Gunks, Thacher, and Rumney. We also do smaller trips throughout the year. Event attendance and experience with outdoor lead and anchor building can help you secure a spot on a trip!
All information regarding outdoor trips will be sent out via email to those signed up for CRCC on Campus Groups, and also on Slack.
If you are interested in learning how to build outdoor anchors, sport lead, do multi-pitches, trad climb, or just taking an outdoor climbing class in general, check out the classes that Cornell Outdoor Education offers.
